Chinese chicken cooking couldn’t be easier or more basic than the Kung Pao Chicken, a very popular dish from the Chinese provinces.  This dish takes the nuttiness of the peanuts, spice from the chillies and crunchiness from the chicken and peppers to a whole new tangent of flavours and taste. Make this a starter or a gravy paired with rice/noodles.

Increase the quantity of water to make this a gravy.
